The W. Frank Barton School of Business at Wichita State University seeks to fill a lecturer (aka adjunct) teaching position to teach Human Resource Compensation/Rewards in its Master of Human Resource Management program starting in Fall of 2021. The program is housed in the management department. The courses will be taught online in an asynchronous format. This is per course appointment with the possibility of full-time employment when a position becomes approved.

Master’s degree in human resource management or related field College-level teaching experience including online teaching
Ph.D. or ABD in HRM, MIS, or other related fields Professional experience in HRM and compensation Teaching experience in an online environment - academic or corporate SA qualifications under AACSB standards
