Assistant Professor
Relations invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor (tenure-track) to begin in September 2022. Candidates for the position should possess (or expect completion by August 2022) a doctorate in human resource management, organizational behavior, management, industrial/organizational psychology, or a closely related discipline. We seek colleagues with a demonstrated record of, or significant potential for, publishing in top journals in the HR and management fields, and who can teach courses in the functional areas of HRM (broadly construed) and/or Research Methods. Candidates must have an active research program and be interested in working closely with our doctoral students.
